Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AXIUMS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. AXIUMS is operated by Axium LLC.

AXIUMS provides commission tracking, carrier data sync, and book of business management tools for licensed life insurance agents. The Service pulls policy and commission data from carrier portals on your behalf, normalizes it, and surfaces it in a consolidated dashboard alongside chargeback, override, and downline views.

AXIUMS is intended for licensed life insurance agents and agencies. By using the Service you represent that you hold a valid insurance license in the jurisdiction where you write business.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. One account per agent. You are responsible for safeguarding your AXIUMS login credentials and for all activity on your account.

• AXIUMS Pro is $100 per month, billed in advance, after a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings. We do not issue refunds for partial months — cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the unused portion of the current period.
• The free trial requires a valid payment method.

• The Service is for licensed insurance agents only.
• You must comply with the terms of service of each carrier portal you connect.
• No automated abuse of the platform (e.g. excessive sync requests, scraping, denial-of-service attempts).
• No sharing of account credentials with third parties.

• By providing carrier credentials, you authorize AXIUMS to access those portals on your behalf for the purpose of retrieving your policy and commission data.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access under your carrier agreements.
• AXIUMS is not responsible for carrier portal downtime, data accuracy, or changes to portal interfaces that interrupt syncing.

• Commission data is pulled directly from carrier portals.
• AXIUMS displays data as provided by the carriers. We make a reasonable effort to parse it correctly but do not warrant completeness or accuracy.
• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in carrier-reported data.
• Always verify commission amounts directly with the carrier before taking action.

The AXIUMS platform, including all software, design, copy, and related content, is owned by Axium LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIUMS and Pinnacle Life Group are not liable for any financial decisions made by you or anyone else based on data displayed in the platform, nor for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
